  • Promotions are valid from 10 Nov to 25 Dec 2017, unless otherwise stated and for purchases made in Paragon’s retail stores only.
  • Maximum combination up to 3 receipts, unless otherwise stated.
  • Shoppers are required to present their NRIC/ID, same-day shop receipt(s), Credit or Debit Card and charge slip(s) upon redemption at Paragon Concierge, Level 1.
  • All redemptions tiers are mutually exclusive, unless otherwise stated.
  • Valid for one redemption per shopper per day, notwithstanding the number of Credit & Debit Cards owned, on a first-come, first-served basis and while stocks last.
  • Redemption must be made by owner of the credit card/reciept(s).

  • The Lucky Draw is organised by SPH Retail Property Management Services Pte Ltd.
  • To be eligible to participate in the Draw, the individual must fulfill the following criteria:
      •  A minimum purchase of $100 in a single receipt to be made at any stores in Paragon.
      •  Limited to one redemption per shopper per day.
      •  Each redemption is entitled to selection of 1 prize only.
      •  The Lucky Draw is open to all Singapore Citizens, Singapore PR Holders, EP & WP Card Holders and Tourists aged 18 years and above as of promotional start date (10 Nov 2017), except the organising committee of this lucky draw and their immediate family members and any vendors, partners or any other individuals directly involved in or connected to this lucky draw.
      •  Not valid for receipts from AXS payments, bill payments and purchase of SPH Malls vouchers and/or shopping vouchers from tenants.
  • All prizes must be accepted as awarded and are not transferable, exchangeable for cash or kind or extendable in validity.
  • All unclaimed prizes will be donated to charity.
  • Staff from Paragon stores are not entitled to participate in this promotion and are not allowed to submit any entries on behalf of customers.
  • The Management reserves the right to see all purchases made by shoppers before granting the submission of entries.

  • The Draw will be held on 02 January 2018 at SPH Retail Property Management Services Pte Ltd at 290 Orchard Road, #14-08 Paragon, Singapore 238859, at approximately 10am, or on such other date or time or at such other venue as may be determined by SPH RPMS. Three (3) winners will be selected at random by SPH RPMS by a computerized system under the supervision of an independent public accountant.
  • The Winners will be notified by post and/or telephone within 7 business days from the date of the Draw.
  • Information stated is correct at time of printing and is subject to change without prior notice.

 

Terms and conditions: Delivery Service

  • For the first 150 shoppers who spend a minimum of $1000.
  • Applicable for items which are purchased in Paragon only.
  • Items will only be delivered from 3pm and from 8pm daily. For item(s) accepting after 2pm will be delivered from 8pm. Last acceptance of delivery item(s) at 7pm.
  • Complimentary delivery service does not include overnight storage and overnight and next day delivery of items.
  • Delivery will be done on the same day of purchase.
  • Not applicable to perishable and fragile items or items require assembly (E.g. Ice Cream, fresh food and cakes) and bulky furniture.
  • Cancellation fee is not required if cancellation or changes is done within 1 hour after confirmation.
  • Cancellation fee of $20 is required if cancellation or changes is done after 1 hour of confirmation. Cash payment only.
  • In cases of non-acceptance by recipient within 15 minutes or failed delivery, the items will be delivered back to Paragon on the same day and there will be a penalty fee of $20 charged to shopper upon collection at our concierge. Cash payment only.
