2. Unless
otherwise specified, the discounts offered under this Campaign shall not be
used together with other benefits, discounts or vouchers at the same time and
shall not be transferred to others or exchanged for cash or for other benefits.
3. Should
there be any breach of the terms, fraudulent or abusive activities detected,
Alipay App (solely in its opinion) reserves the right to deny the qualification
for discount, cancel the affected transaction and to claim back the applied
discount from the user.
4. Unless
otherwise specified, all references herein are in RMB and the foreign exchange
rate will be provided by the relevant cooperation agencies (where applicable).
The transaction spending and the discount applied will be subject to the final
amount shown in the transaction record shown on Alipay App receipt.
5. In
case of refund or return of the purchased items, only the amount actually paid
(post currency exchange) in RMB (excluding any applied discount amount) will be
refunded and the discount enjoyed will not be made available again.
6. For

7. This
Campaign is only offered to users of an e-wallet resident in a jurisdiction
where such e-wallet can offer its products and services under applicable laws.
For the avoidance of doubt, Alipay App shall not solicit a user resident in one
jurisdiction to sign up to an e-wallet or promotion provided in a different
jurisdiction.
8. Alipay
App shall have the right to suspend, cancel or change the Campaign details and
these Campaign Terms without advance notice. In case of any dispute about these
Campaign Terms, Alipay App shall have the final discretion. These Campaign
Terms can be amended or modified by Alipay App at any time and any changes will
be posted on this page.
9. If
a provision of these Campaign Terms is held to be illegal, unenforceable, or
invalid in any jurisdiction, then that it shall be modified to the minimum
extent necessary to make it enforceable, unless that modification is not
permitted by law, in which case that provision will be disregarded. The rest of
these Campaign Terms shall remain in effect as written.
10. In
addition to these Campaign Terms, Alipay App website/app terms and conditions
and other applicable user agreements (collectively, the “Wallet General Terms”)
shall apply. In case of any discrepancy or inconsistency between these Campaign
Terms and the Wallet General Terms, these Campaign Terms shall prevail.
In the event of
any discrepancy or inconsistency between the Chinese and other translated
versions of these Campaign Terms and promotional materials, the Chinese version
shall always apply and prevail.
