  • Shoppers are required to present their same-day shop receipt(s), Credit or Debit Card charge slip(s) upon redemption at Paragon Concierge, Level 1.
  • All redemptions tiers are mutually exclusive excluding gift wrappers and gift tags, and festive parking.
  • Valid for one redemption per shopper per day, on a first-come, first-served basis and while stocks last.
  • Not applicable for credit top-up, bill payments, medical receipts and voucher purchases.
  • Not valid for receipts from AXS payments, bill payments and purchase of SPH Malls vouchers and/or shopping vouchers from tenants.
