Terms & Conditions
- The Lucky Draw is organised by SPH Retail Property Management Services Pte Ltd.
- The Lucky Draw period will be from 7 to 23 September 2018.
- Every $200 spent in a single receipt at any stores in Paragon entitles shopper to 1 lucky draw chance.
- Shopper must present their Identification Card or Passport, original receipt(s), corresponding charge slip(s) and credit or debit card on the same day of purchase to submit entries at Paragon Concierge, level 1. Staff from Paragon stores are not allowed to submit entries on behalf of shoppers.
- Not valid for receipts from AXS payments, bill payments and purchase of SPH Malls vouchers and/or shopping vouchers from tenants.
- Shopper affirms the accuracy of all information provided at the time of Contest / Lucky Draw entry. Any misrepresentation of any fact or particulars (deemed material by SPH RPMS) shall result in disqualification and/or the forfeiture, withholding, withdrawal or reclaiming of any prizes won.
- The Lucky Draw is open to all Singapore Citizens, Singapore Permanent Residence Holders, Employment Pass & Work Permit Card Holders and Tourists, aged 18 years and above as of promotion start date 7 September 2018.
- Employees of the lucky draw organiser and sponsors/partners/vendors/individuals directly or indirectly involved or connected to the lucky draw tenants are not eligible for the lucky draw.
- The draw will be held on 28 September after the campaign end date at SPH Retail Property Management Services Pte Ltd at 290 Orchard Road, #14-08 Paragon, Singapore 238859, at 10am, or on such other date or time or at such other venue as may be determined by SPH RPMS.
- Winners will be notified by email or telephone within 14 business days from the date of the Draw.
- If a shopper cannot be contacted or fails to respond after calls or email made by SPH RPMS, within 3 working days from the first contact, this shopper will be disqualified and another winner will be selected. Winners will receive a letter to collect their prize.
- SPH RPMS's decision at all stages of the Contest / Lucky Draw is final. No enquiries, appeals, verbal or written, shall be entertained. The participants shall accept and abide by any and all decisions made by SPH concerning, without limitation, these terms and conditions, the rules, procedures and regulations of the Contest / Lucky Draw, the award of prizes and any other matters relating to the Contest / Lucky Draw.
- All prizes must be accepted as awarded and are not transferable or exchangeable for cash or in-kind or extendable in validity. The organiser reserves the right to replace prizes with items of similar value without prior notice. All unclaimed prizes will be donated to charity.
- Information stated is correct at time of launch and the organiser reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without prior notice.
- By participating in the lucky draw, participants agree that SPH Retail Property Management Services Pte Ltd may collect, use, process and disclose all information collected from participants and authorized representatives, through submitting entries for the following purposes:

- Facilitate and administer promotions and offers from time to time (e.g. notifications of the number of chances for lucky draw, contact for random audit/checks, prize collection, gifts or vouchers redemption)
- Respond enquiries made or purportedly made by participants
- Organize and implement surveys
- Enforce rights or fulfil obligations under applicable laws, regulations and guidelines or any terms and conditions.
