- Parking T&Cs

- All complimentary parking coupon must be utilised on actual day of issuance and cannot be exchanged for cash. Lost, damaged, defaced, stolen, expired and/or void coupon will not be replaced.

- Please take note of the following steps when using the complimentary parking coupon prior to exiting parking:

- Remove cash card from IU before approaching the exit gantry. The full amount will be deducted if the cash card is not removed.

- Insert parking coupon into the redemption slot of the exit terminal.

- Insert cash card into the vehicle’s IU for deduction of the balance amount.

- Please ensure sufficient funds in the cash card before exiting otherwise the complimentary parking coupon will be void.

- Only 1 complimentary parking coupon may be used per exit.

- Paragon Club members must deactivate IU from their member app at least 15 minutes before exiting the carpark.

- Remove cash card and scan complimentary parking coupon at gantry upon exit. For any excess charges after deduction of complimentary parking, please reinsert your cash card for payment.

- Paragon Club CP$ points and complimentary parking coupons cannot be used at the same time. 

- General T&Cs

- All promotions are valid from 2 September to 31 December 2024 (both days inclusive), unless otherwise stated. While stocks last.

 

- Paragon Club memberships that have been suspended are not eligible to participate in any promotions.

 

- Valid for one redemption per shopper per day, unless otherwise stated, notwithstanding the mode of payment. All redemptions are on a first-come, first-served basis and while stocks last. Redemption must be made by owner of the credit card/receipt(s) on the same date of purchase at Paragon Concierge, Level 1, unless otherwise stated. Staff from Paragon stores are not entitled to participate in this promotion and are not allowed to redeem on behalf of customers.

 

- Not applicable for credit top-up, bill payments, medical receipts, gift cards and voucher purchases. For instalment plans, only one redemption is allowed for the total purchase amount. Splitting of receipts for multiple redemptions is also not permitted. Receipt(s) utilised for redemption in the promotions will not be applicable to other on-going mall or outlet promotions.
