Terms & Conditions

1.             Experience Christmas Wonders at Paragon Lucky Draw (“Lucky Draw”) is exclusive to Paragon Club members (referred to as “Member”) and is organized by Straits Retail Property Management Services Pte Ltd (“Organiser”).


2.             Participation in the Lucky Draw is subject to these terms and conditions (“T&Cs”). By participating in the Lucky Draw, participants fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by and to comply with the T&Cs and any amendments, additions, replacements, variations, and modifications hereto, which shall be final and binding in all respects on each participant. Amendments to the T&Cs will be posted on this webpage. Non-compliance with or breach of any of the T&Cs may result in disqualification of a participant from the Lucky Draw in the Organiser’s sole and absolute discretion and without furnishing any reason therefor, and any prizes won may be forfeited, withheld, withdrawn, or reclaimed in the Organiser’s sole and absolute discretion and without furnishing any reason therefor.


3.             The Organiser reserves the right to vary or amend the T&Cs or suspend, cancel or terminate this Lucky Draw at any time in its sole and absolute discretion without prior notice and without liability to any party.

Qualifying Period


4.             The period for the Lucky Draws are between 16 November 2023 to 26 December 2023 (“Promotion Period”), both dates inclusive.


5.             There are a total of 6 Weekly Draws during the Promotion Period and 10 winners will be selected per Draw date.

6.             The Organiser reserves the right to change the Promotion Period at any time in its sole and absolute discretion without prior notice and without liability to any party.




7.             10 lucky winners who spend a minimum of S$100 spend in a single receipt during the stipulated qualifying period will stand to win a 2D1N stay at Hong Kong Disneyland Resort and a pair of 1-Day Park Tickets (“Prize”).


8.             A total of 60 winners will be selected for the Prize. 10 winners will be selected per Draw date. The winner must utilize the Prize between 1 January 2024 and 31 December 2024.


9.             Subject to applicable law, the Organiser reserves the right, at any time in its sole and absolute discretion, to substitute, withdraw, cancel add to, or alter any prize offered without prior notice and without having to disclose any reason therefor and without any payment or compensation whatsoever. 



10.           The following persons are not eligible to participate in the Lucky Draw:


a.     Employees of the Organiser and PARAGON REIT Management Pte Ltd, and their immediate family members; and


b.     Management and employees of tenants / stores at or of Paragon. Such persons are also not allowed to submit any lucky draw entries on behalf of customers.


11.           To be eligible to participate in the Lucky Draw, the participant must fulfil all the following criteria:


a.     Be a Paragon Club member (“Member”) which is free of charge to sign up


b.     Spend at least S$100 in a single receipt at participating stores at Paragon during the Promotion Period. Members must have their Paragon Club QR codes in the Paragon Club smartphone app scanned when paying in-store.  The spending amount must be registered into the Member’s Paragon Club account to qualify.


12.           The list of participating stores can be found at The Organiser reserves the right to add to, delete from or vary the list of participating stores at any time in its sole and absolute discretion without prior notice.


13.           A Member earns one (1) electronic lucky draw chance for every S$100 spend in a single receipt at participating stores during the Qualifying Period. Electronic lucky draw chances are automatically registered in the system when the requirements set out in Clause 11 are met.


14.           Lucky draw chances are issued on individual transactions and no combination of transactions or receipts is allowed.  For example, a member who spends S$50 each at 2 participating stores on the same day is not entitled to any lucky draw chances.


15.           Splitting of receipts for multiple entries is also not allowed.


16.           Receipts from Paragon Medical, AXS payments, bill payments and purchase of CPM vouchers and/or shopping vouchers from Paragon stores, regardless of amount spent or paid, do not qualify for any lucky draw chances.


17.           Members shall be excluded from future Draws under this same campaign after winning a Prize from this Lucky Draw.


18.           The Draws will be held at Straits Retail Property Management Services Pte Ltd’s office at 290 Orchard Road, #14-05/06 Paragon, Singapore 238859, on the Draw Dates stipulated on Clause 5 or on such other date or time or at such other venue as may be determined by the Organiser. A total of ten (10) winners will be selected at random by the Organiser on each Draw date using a computerized system under the supervision of an independent public accountant and awarded the Prize.



Notification of Winner(s) and Collection of Prize(s)


19.           The winners will be notified by email and/or telephone within 7 days from the date of the Draw. 


20.           The winners must contact the Organiser by the deadline stipulated in the email notification to claim the Prize.


21.           The winners must collect the Prize at 290 Orchard Road, #14-05/06 Paragon, Singapore 238859 by the deadline given by the Organiser for the collection of the Prize.


22.           The winner must produce proof of his/her Paragon Club Membership and/or other identification document(s) for verification purposes to collect the Prize.


23.           Identification document(s) provided will be used for verification only and will not be recorded.


24.           Prize(s) are not transferable or exchangeable and non-cash prizes are not exchangeable for cash. Where applicable, no extension to the validity period of any Prize shall be allowed. Participants are solely responsible, and the Organiser accepts no responsibility for any tax or other liability that may arise from prize winnings.


25.           The validity period of the Prize cannot be extended.


26.           The Organiser may, in its sole discretion, require the winner’s personal data to be disclosed or publicised.


27.           Should the winner fail to claim his/her Prize within the timeframe stipulated in Clause 20 above, or is ineligible to collect the Prize (as determined by the Organiser in its sole and absolute discretion) for any reason, a reserve winner may be drawn by the Organiser.  


28.           The Organiser reserves the right to revoke any winner’s entitlement to any prize if the winner does not meet any or all eligibility requirements or has breached any of the T&Cs, notwithstanding that an announcement or notification may have been made indicating that person as the winner.


29.           Any prize which is not won or remains unclaimed by the stipulated date indicated in the email correspondence will be forfeited.


Exclusion of Liability


30.           The Organiser shall not be responsible or liable for any lucky draw entries lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected, incomplete or undelivered due to any reason whatsoever. Further, the Organiser shall not be liable for any technical, hardware or software failure or incompatibility of any kind that may in any way affect any received entry. The Organiser shall not be responsible or liable for any loss of opportunity to participate due to entries not received or for any reasons.


31.           The Entities (as defined below) and the sponsors for the Lucky Draw (if applicable) shall not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special, incidental, consequential or punitive loss), damage, personal injury or death howsoever caused arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with the Lucky Draw, the T&Cs (or any of the matters contemplated herein) or any prize, whether for breach of contract, tort or other cause of action, save for any liability that cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law). 


32.           All prizes are subject to their respective terms of use (if any). If applicable, all warranty claims in regard to a prize shall be directed to the applicable manufacturer. Except to the extent that they may not be excluded by law, no representations, warranties, terms, or conditions that are not expressly stated in the T&Cs apply to the Lucky Draw or any prize and all implied warranties are excluded, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of satisfactory quality, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose of any prize.


33.           By participating in the Lucky Draw, participants agree and undertake to, at all times, fully indemnify and hold the Entities and the sponsors for the Lucky Draw (if applicable) harmless from and against any and all losses, damages, actions, demands, injuries, claims, costs (including legal costs on a full indemnity basis), expenses, fines and penalties, howsoever caused arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with the Lucky Draw, acceptance or usage of any prize, and/or any breach or purported breach of the T&Cs and/or any applicable law.




34.           By participating in the Lucky Draw, each participant represents and warrants that:


a.     he/she is at least 18 years old and has the necessary legal capacity, right, power and authority to agree to the T&Cs and that he/she is contracting in his/her own personal capacity; and

b.     all information provided at the time of his/her lucky draw entry is accurate and complete. Participants must ensure that they submit their full name for verification purposes when claiming their prizes as per their official identification document(s) with details identical to their Paragon Club Membership profile to facilitate identification/verification in respect of the Lucky Draw.


35.           By participating in the Lucky Draw, each participant agrees that:


a.     any and all information or personal data submitted for the purposes of the Lucky Draw may be collected, used or processed by or disclosed to the Organiser, the tenants of Paragon or other malls managed by the Organiser and the business associates/partners of the Organiser (collectively, the “Entities”) for various purposes, including to communicate with the participant for purposes related to the Lucky Draw, to provide goods and services to the participant upon request, and such other purposes the Entities may reasonably deem appropriate, or for such purposes that the participant may have otherwise given his/her consent to the Entities;


b.     the Entities, its authorised service providers and its advertising and promotion agencies may collect, use, disclose and/or process the participant’s personal data for purposes indicated in the Cuscaden Peak Investments Privacy Policy, a copy of which is located at, and for purposes which include the sending of marketing information on products, services, promotions and/or events offered by the Entities;


c.     the Entities may collect, use, disclose and share amongst themselves and their respective service providers, the participant’s personal data, including any photographs or videos (“Material”) for publicity and/or use in advertisements across all media, including, without limitation, in the Entities’ publications, presentations and promotional materials on their websites, in its original and edited format, and whether to promote the Lucky Draw or otherwise, without further notification, remuneration or compensation. Each participant hereby further agrees and consents to, in the event that he/she is a winner in the Lucky Draw, the Entities and their respective authorised service providers collecting, using, disclosing and/or processing his/her personal data including his/her personal data including his/her image, photographs, voice recording and/or partial NRIC number for the purposes indicated in the Privacy Policy, and further agree that such collection, use, disclosure and/or processing will be without payment or compensation; and


d.     the copyright and all other intellectual property rights in and to all Material shall vest solely and absolutely in the Entities without further compensation.


e.     the Organiser, its affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, business partners and respective officers and employees shall not be liable for any actions, claims, demands, injuries, proceedings, liability, losses, damages, costs and expenses of any nature sustained by the member directly or indirectly by reason of or in connection with this Promotion. The member shall indemnify and keep the Organiser and its officers, servants, agents and employees ("the Indemnified Parties") fully indemnified against any and all loss, damage, demand, liability, claims, expenses and costs (including legal costs on a full indemnity basis) suffered and/or incurred by any of the Indemnified Parties as a result of the breach of any of the terms and conditions herein by the member. Members are deemed to have read, understood and accepted all the T&Cs set out herein, as well as any other requirements set out in any related promotional material, and all amendments, additions, replacements and modifications there to as may be made from time to time.


36.           Should any participant wish to withdraw his/her consent to the Organiser’s use of and/or processing of his/her information or personal data for the purpose of sending to him/her marketing messages, kindly visit or turn up personally at the Paragon Concierge, Level 1. Please allow 7 business days for processing of any withdrawal request.


37.           Each participant shall bear his/her own costs and expenses incurred in relation to or arising from his/her participation in the Lucky Draw. The Organiser shall not be liable for any such costs or expenses whatsoever and no reimbursement may be sought from the Organiser.


38.           The Organiser’s decisions on all matters relating to the Lucky Draw are final, conclusive, and binding. No enquiries, appeals or correspondence, whether verbal or written, shall be entertained. The participants shall accept and abide by any and all decisions made by the Organiser concerning, without limitation, the T&Cs, the rules, procedures and regulations of the Lucky Draw, award of prizes and any other matters relating to the Lucky Draw. In the event of any inconsistency between the T&Cs and any marketing or promotional material in relation to the Lucky Draw, the Organiser shall have the right to determine which shall prevail in its sole and absolute discretion.


39.           Participants shall not, without the prior written consent of the Organiser, speak to the press or any other media nor give any interviews or comments relating to the Lucky Draw.


40.           If any provision of the T&Cs is held by any competent court or authority to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable in whole or in part, the legality, validity and enforceability of all other provisions (and, if applicable, the remainder of the provision in question) shall not be affected.


41.           The T&Cs shall be governed by the laws of Singapore and parties agree to be bound by the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.


42.           The Walt Disney Company (Southeast Asia) Pte. Limited and its parent, affiliates, and subsidiaries are not responsible for the promotion, administration or execution of this Promotion, and exclude responsibility and all liabilities arising from the same.
