CHIEF CONCIERGE / CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE

The Chief Concierge of Paragon is the key driver of the service standards, a Master in managing the customer experience of the mall, a Mentor and leader of our team of Customer Service Officers in delivering the most outstanding service.

Responsibilities

  • Provide information and personalised customer service to our customers and shoppers
  • Responsible for supervising, managing and training of the concierge service officers
  • Ensure smooth daily operations of the concierge counter
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the centre's activities and related events or information
  • Driving the planning and implementation of initiatives in relation to Customer Service

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Hotel Management or related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the hospitality industry as a Chief Concierge or related industry in a customer service role
  • Customer oriented with a pleasant demeanor and excellent networks
  • Good communication skills and fluent in English language. Knowledge of a 3rd language is an advantage
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with high grooming standards
  • Highly motivated and possess good initiative
  • Able to perform shifts and work on weekends

HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISOR / OFFICER

Responsibilities

  • To supervise a team of housekeeping officers and managing day to day operations of the housekeeping functions of the shopping centre
  • To maintain a high level of cleanliness and servicing and to adhere to the policies and procedures set by the Company
  • To manage and schedule manpower with contractors and to supervise a team of cleaners
  • To monitor and maintain adequate operating supplies and to conduct monthly inventory update
  • To perform any other duties assigned by the Manager/Executive

Requirements

  • Minimum GCE ‘A’ level or Diploma with at least 3 years of working experience as Housekeeping Supervisor in hotel/commercial industry
  • Computer literate
  • Possess good leadership qualities and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work a 6-day week and perform shift duties
  • Those with lower qualification/experience will be considered for the Officer position

SECURITY OFFICERS

  • Minimum secondary education with at least 1 year of relevant experience
  • Possesses Security WSQ/NSRS certification and is registered with SIRD
  • Able to speak and write simple English
  • Able to perform shift duties and is physically fit
